PiNGs (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates pings.io (the “Service”).

  • If you use a document automation workflow, we may request access to your Google Drive or Sheets.

We never access data you haven’t approved.

  • Execute the automated tasks you’ve configured (e.g., create a file, rename it, read emails, post data to a sheet, …)

  • Maintain account functionality (e.g., login, settings)

3. How Authorization Works

Access to third-party services (e.g. Google, Qonto) is always initiated by you.
You must:

  • Click a login/consent button

  • Approve specific scopes

  • Confirm the action

We cannot access any third-party data without your explicit permission through OAuth.

You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by cancelling the service on our website.

4. Data Retention

We only store what’s necessary for your workflows to run — and only for as long as needed.
You can request deletion of all data or revoke access at any time.
